About Us

The Clinical Cardiology Center is a state-funded healthcare institution in the Omsk Region. It is a multi-tiered medical organization providing specialized and high-tech medical care in 11 fields, primarily in cardiovascular surgery and rheumatology.

We operate under Medical Practice License No. LO-55-01-002734, issued on August 20, 2020. Our facility includes:

  • A consulting clinic with a capacity of 100 patient visits per shift and a day hospital unit with 30 beds
  • A genetic counseling unit
  • An audiology department
  • Four specialized inpatient departments with a total of 180 beds
  • A 60-bed primary vascular care unit
  • Seven diagnostic and paraclinical departments

Our Services

Each year, our clinic provides approximately 120,000 rheumatology consultations for both adults and children. The outpatient departments ensure follow-up care for 2,500 patients annually, with 50% of them receiving post-coronary stenting monitoring.

Around 6,000 patients are hospitalized annually in cardiology and neurology departments. Of these, 2,000 patients are admitted to the primary vascular care unit for emergency treatment of acute coronary syndrome or cerebrovascular diseases.

The Department of Interventional Radiology performs invasive (catheter-based) diagnostics and endovascular treatments for cardiac and vascular diseases in adults. In 2020, we carried out:

  • 1,525 diagnostic procedures
  • 960 therapeutic interventions, including:
    • 663 coronary stenting procedures
    • 222 pacemaker implantations

In 2021, our specialists performed 50 catheter ablation procedures for patients with arrhythmias.

The hospital offers a wide range of diagnostic tests, treatments, and procedures. Patients may opt for accommodation in single or double rooms (superior rooms) with additional medical supervision.

Regulations on Medical Care for Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation

According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 186, dated March 6, 2013, the following regulations apply:

  • Foreign citizens, whether temporarily staying or residing permanently in Russia, can receive medical care at healthcare institutions regardless of their legal status.
  • Emergency medical care for acute illnesses, exacerbations of chronic diseases, and life-threatening conditions is provided free of charge.
  • Foreign citizens covered by the Federal Law "On Compulsory Medical Insurance in the Russian Federation" are entitled to free medical services under the compulsory medical insurance program.
  • Emergency specialized medical care is also provided free of charge at state and municipal healthcare institutions.
  • Elective (planned) medical care is available on a paid basis through service contracts or voluntary medical insurance.
  • Foreign citizens must provide written payment guarantees or prepayment for medical services, except in cases covered by compulsory medical insurance.
  • Upon completion of treatment, a medical report is issued to the patient or their representative, detailing the services provided.
  • Invoices for medical services are issued within 10 days after treatment completion.
  • Any disputes regarding medical care or payments are resolved in accordance with Russian law.
  • If an international treaty between Russia and another country establishes different regulations for medical care, the treaty provisions take precedence.
